Jay-Z interview in New York Post

This week I had the opportunity to interview music mogul Jay-Z. I can’t front - it was a great experience. He also seemed to be a nice guy. We talked about the business of iTunes, since Jay-Z decided to remove his new album “American Gangster” from the service. The article is in today’s New York Post business section.

    I did notice that you can get the American Gangster from the Amazon mp3 download service. Amazon was apparently willing to make it an “entire album download only” purchase..

    Nice! It’ll be interesting to see how the new Amazon MP3 system shapes up, especially since Jay-Z, Radiohead and other major artists are starting to buck the Apple system.
